A raised timber frame
A timber frame was built to bring the deck up to the level of the back doors.
Case study · Greenwich SE10 · July 2024
We built a raised composite deck outside Michelle's back doors in Greenwich. It has three steps down to the garden, and the whole structure is fully clad all around in matching grey composite. Three days, £5,600 including VAT, all in, with all waste removed.
Where we started
Michelle wanted a composite deck outside the back doors in Greenwich, with steps down to the lawn.
Cladding the deck and steps all around hides the frame, so it looks like one solid structure from every side. It is a good example of the decking in Greenwich we build.
