In West Norwood, a mile and a half away, we broke out old concrete, cleared the roots and laid 30m² of Rolawn Medallion on new topsoil in two days.
On a full garden rebuild the lawn goes in last. In Andrew's Streatham garden the new turf was laid in the middle, framed by new brick walls, once the paving, beds and French drains were finished.
