Andrew's garden in St Helier got new York stone, a new brick wall, new turf, a new fence, a concrete shed base, a new manhole and shingle, for £17,000 including VAT with materials and waste. It took 4 weeks, much longer than expected. Things went wrong on this one, and it is one of the few projects we could have done better.

Where we started
The brief
The old shed was to come out, with a new fence behind where it stood and a concrete base at the back for a new shed. Andrew's garden also needed new York stone, a new brick wall, new turf, a new manhole and shingle.
It is an example of the patios in Morden and turfing in Morden work we take on around St Helier, and of what we learned from a job that did not go to plan.

How we built it
Shed out, new fence and base
The old shed was removed, a new fence went in behind it and a concrete base was built at the back for a new shed.
