Case study · Clapham Common SW4 · May 2025
Colleen's garden near Clapham Common got a clean, bright new layout. We laid around 18m² of white 60x90 porcelain, built sleeper walls to form flower beds on all sides around it, fully replaced six fence panels and their posts, and left the remaining area prepared and ready for turf, which the client laid. Five days on site, just under £9,000 including VAT, all supplied and installed.

Where we started

The client planned to lay the turf, so we prepared that area and left it ready. It brings together the fencing in Clapham and patios in Clapham we install.

Sleepers are quick to build, sturdy and give a clean, natural edge to beds and lawn areas, which suits a modern garden.
