Where we started

The brief

Alex wanted the old deck in South Norwood replaced completely, with access kept for the manhole cover underneath.

Timber lasts longest when it stays dry, so a DPC membrane was fitted on top of the joists. It is a good example of the decking we build around South Norwood and Upper Norwood.
