Kandla grey patio and new lawn in Shortlands
Kirsty's garden in Shortlands was overgrown and tired. With access through the house only, we fully dug it out, laid 25m² of Kandla grey paving around the edge, brought in topsoil and finished the middle with new rolled turf. £8,000 including VAT, all in, with all the waste taken away.

Where we started
The brief
Kirsty wanted the whole garden in Shortlands redone, with new paving and a new lawn. The only way in was through the house.
Paving around the edge with a lawn in the middle gives a simple, tidy layout. It is a good example of the patios in Shortlands and turfing in Shortlands we take on.
