Fiona's garden in Stockwell could only be reached through the house, in at the first floor and down a lot of stairs. We removed and disposed of shrubs and trees, did a full dig out, supplied and installed around 30m² of sandstone paving and a footpath, replaced the fencing, and properly cleaned and regrouted the existing patio. £9,620 including VAT, all in.

Where we started
The brief
Fiona wanted new sandstone paving and a footpath in the garden in Stockwell, with the fencing replaced, the shrubs and trees taken out, and the existing patio cleaned and regrouted.
The only way in was through the house, from the first floor and down a lot of stairs. It is a good example of the patios in Stockwell and patio cleaning in Stockwell work we do.

Clearing the garden
Shrubs and trees were removed and disposed of, and the area was fully dug out.
