Common questions about our process
Depending on our schedule, we can typically start within 2-4 weeks of accepting a quote. For urgent projects, we will always do our best to accommodate you. During peak season (spring and summer), booking further ahead is recommended.
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the work area, you do not need to be present. Many of our customers give us access and go to work as normal. We will keep you updated with photos and messages throughout the day.
Some landscaping work can continue in light rain, but heavy rain or frost may cause delays. We will always communicate any weather-related changes and work to minimise any impact on your timeline. We never compromise quality due to weather pressure.
Yes, we understand plans can change. If you want to add or remove elements before work starts, we will provide an updated quote. Once work has begun, we can still make changes but there may be additional costs depending on what has already been completed.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you spot anything during the project that you are not happy with, tell us straight away and we will address it. At handover, we do a thorough walkthrough together. If any issues arise later, our 10-year warranty has you covered.
Most garden projects do not require planning permission, but some do (especially front garden changes or work near boundaries). We will advise you during the consultation if permission might be needed and can guide you through the process.
